Strawberry Goat Cheese Toast

Laura chenel spreadable goat cheese is a version of cream cheese or crème fraîche. It melts perfectly into sauces, mixes with herbs for fillings, tastes delicious on a bagel, and is the perfect cheese for fluffy goat cheesecake.

Top with fresh fruit and drizzle with Mike’s hot honey. A potential breakfast toast that can even pass for a meal with a few sprouted sunflower seeds and side of guacamole or a lean protein

Chocolate Banana Bread



  • 1 1/4 cup super ripe mashed banana
  • combine 3 tablespoons of flaxseed meal and 9 tablespoons of water and allow to sit for about 5 minutes
  • 1/2 of 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla essence
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into a parchment lined or well sprayed bread loaf pan. Bake at 450 for 45 mins. Let cool completely.
  • Once the bread is cooled completely, place it on a serving dish and pour the melted chocolate over the loaf gently and spread evenly. Top with sprinkles. Enjoy immediately or store it in the fridge.
For the glaze
  • Combine 1/2 cup hu kitchen dark baking chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil and heat in microwave in rounds of 30 seconds each until completely melted
  • Sprinkles with no artificial coloring (optional)

Minty Date Snack


  • Medjool dates
  • Laura chenel fig & grapefruit goat cheese
  • Mint
  • Red pepper flakes or fruit seasoning (optional)

Slice the organic mejdool date and stuff with Laura Chenel fig & grapefruit goat cheese
Drizzle red pepper flakes or fruit seasoning (optional)
Top with fresh mint


You can sub goat cheese with cow cheese
You can sub the fruit seasoning with spiced honey
You can add a pistachio or peanut to the topping.

No-bake Strawberry Cheesecake

  • Laura Chenel cranberry goat cheese logs (2)
  • Kraft Philadelphia cream cheese (1 1/2 cup)
  • Organic Date Sugar (2/3 cup)
  • Sprinkle of Maldon sea salt (1/4 tsp)
  • Fresh fruit like strawberries, sliced into halves
For the crust
  • Caramel corn (16oz)
  • Unsalted Kerrygold butter (1 stick)


  1. In a food processor, blend the butter and the caramel corn until its a fine texture and sticks together like a crumble
  2. Lightly spray a 9inch spring foam pan
  3. Using a spatula, press down the crumble in one even layer and leave it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes
  4. Using a hand mixer, mix the cheeses and date sugar and salt
  5. Layer the cheese mix on the solidified caramel corn base.
  6. Decorate with the berries and leave in the fridge for 8-12 hours prior to enjoying.

Healthy Snack Bites

Pumpkin white

  1. 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  2. 1 cup coconut flour
  3. 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  4. Pinch of sea salt
  5. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  6. lily’s white chocolate nibs

Mix well, form balls, use a tooth pick to draw the pumpkin ribs. Top with a white chocolate nib

Pumpkin dark

  1. 1/2 cup unsalted peanut butter
  2. 1 cup almond flour
  3. 1/4 cup pure maple syrupp
  4. Pinch of sea salt
  5. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  6. Hu Kitchen dark baking nibs

Mix well, form balls, use a tooth pick to draw the pumpkin ribs. Top with a dark chocolate nib
