Rise bars complete a daytime meal for me.
I pair it along with with a plant-based protein drink or a side of roasted veggies like broccoli and peppers.
The flavor of this bar is more cashewy and personally, I would have liked it more lemony.
That said, for the clean minimalist ingredients and the macros, I will go for this bar any day.
It’s a great alternative to a slice of cheesecake as well, if you are yearning for such a dessert 💛
