Peanut Bliss Balls

A perfect 3 ingredient nutritious snack

This easy, nutty, snack is loaded with healthy proteins and fats!
Perfect breakfast add-on, afternoon snack, or take out option when on the go
Makes 6-8 portion sized balls)

– 2 cups organic peanuts (can replace with almonds, walnuts or pecans)
– 1-2 tbsp organic jaggery powder (depends on how sweet you’d like it)
– 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
– 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder (optional)
– 1 tbsp hemp seed heart (optional, for added protein)

1. Roast or oven bake the nuts until they smell delicious and are more than slightly golden brown. If using peanuts, cool down and then de-skin them.
2. Blend them in a grinder or food processor until the mix is nice and crumbly, if you over process them, they will turn to peanut butter.
3. Add the jaggery powder and the cardamom and nutmeg, process until well combined.
4. Take 2 tsp mix and roll into balls.
Store in air tight container at room temperature for 10 days and thereafter in the fridge.
