Recipe

  1. Toast the SK bread, butter it your favorite way.
  2. Layer in baby spinach and tomato slices.
  3. Top it with green coriander chutney or a spread of your choice.
  4. I layered 3 leftover turmeric veggie ravioli cooked in Alfredo and Laura chenel marinated thyme and rosemary goat cheese. You can replace this with any cold cut meat or grilled tofu or veggies
