A morning routine helps us set the tone for the day, better allowing us to control our schedules rather than our schedule controlling us. As we start each day fresh, we can better focus on what is in front of us, where to prioritize our time, and, ultimately, increase our productivity.
We are in challenging times all over the world, where being quarantined for weeks on end can create a dilapidating effect on our mental awareness as well as add a significant strain to our physical health. These by far are the most mechanical “taken for granted” abilities of a human that each one of us never had to get creative about. We never had to think about it.
