With summer heat at its all time high, water is not satisfactory enough. This flavored water is so easy to make at home and now you can save cans and bottles, zero added sugar of any form!

Drinking enough water is important for overall health and well-being. The amount of water a person needs to drink each day depends on various factors, such as their age, gender, weight, and activity level. However, a general guideline is to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

To make sure you are drinking enough water, try keeping a water bottle with you throughout the day and taking sips regularly. You can also eat foods with high water content, such as fruits and vegetables.

Remember, staying hydrated is crucial for maintaining good health, so make sure to drink enough water every day!

Adding fruit and herbs to water is a great way to add flavor and make it more refreshing. Some popular combinations include lemon and mint, cucumber and lime, and orange and rosemary. Simply slice the fruit and add it to a pitcher of water along with the herbs. Let it sit in the fridge for a few hours to infuse the flavors before serving.
