Overnight Oats with Nishi’s granola and Laura chenel

Overnight oats with Laura Chenel goat milk yoghurt, my trademarked granola, and Bob’s redmill gluten free oats.

They are easy to put together and you can get your kids to build them up with a variety of ingredients. They will have fun putting together something new every night. 

Recipe:

  • Use a 3/5/8oz mason jar depending on how much quantity you’d like. 
  • 2 cups goat milk yoghurt
  • ½ cup gluten-free oats
  • ½ cup Nishi’s granola
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup diced strawberries
  • 1-2 tsp honey

Add all the ingredients, mix it well. Store in the fridge overnight. Top with nuts and additional diced strawberries (as needed).

Alternatives:

  • You can replace the yoghurt and milk with any other brand you like.
  • You can replace the strawberries with other berries if your choice.
  • You can replace the GF oats with steel cut or any other quick cooking oats.
  • You can replace my granola with any other healthier granola of your choice.
