Packed with protein, vitamins and healthy fats, these are gluten-free, absolutely easy on the gut, and still packed with so much nutrition


  1. Bake the chicken patties at 400F for 15-20 mins (10 mins on each side)
  2. Toast the outer aisle gourmet cauliflower thins
  3. Layer one thin with Bitchin chipotle sauce (you can sub with ketchup or mustard or other vegan cheese)
  4. Top with baked patty.
  5. Layer in salad/lettuce and top with grilled onions (optional)
  6. Spoon in stonemill kitchens creamery jalapeño cream dip (optional)
