Thank you, 2025, for reminding me that a well-lived life is built in moments—earned through daily habits and deep, intentional routines.

From wholesome meals in beautiful spaces, fountains flowing through busy city streets, and a handmade latte overlooking the San Francisco skyline, to sunlit drives, quiet smiles, and evenings painted with color. From ascending fog-covered slopes and standing grounded below Yosemite’s Bridalveil Fall, to the strength it took to hike Mt. Whitney—every experience was supported by choosing movement, nourishment, and care as a lifestyle, not an exception.

Fitness gave me the strength to explore. Wellness gave me the clarity to notice. Gratitude gave meaning to it all.
Here’s to a year of presence, progress, and purpose.

Thank you, 2025, for the lessons, the beauty, and the becoming.
