Simple Protein Pancakes Recipe

How I eat 42g of plant-based protein for breakfast?

These protein packed pancakes are delicious and easy on digestion.
Powered with 1 egg, 1/2 banana, and 2 scoops of Lyfeuel meal replacement protein shake (18g pea protein per scoop, 25 other wholesome ingredients and vitamins). These power packed mini pancakes will give you consistent balanced energy and sustain your busy morning schedule well through lunch.

Recipe: Makes 9-10 5-inch pancakes

Ingredients
-1 egg
-1/2 banana (optional)
-2 scoops lyfefuel meal replacement powder
-1 tbsp avocado oil (if not using banana)
-1 cup oat milk (or water. Use more until desired thick consistency is reached).
-Chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Procedure

  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Heat a skillet and spray with avocado oil spray.
  3. Pour 5-6 inch circles of batter.
  4. Cover and cook on medium heat until the top is no more wet and slightly bubbly.
  5. Flip over and top with walnuts and chocolate chip.
  6. Cook for a minute and serve hot with a Kerrygold organic unsalted butter and a light drizzle of pure date syrup.
