Celebrity Trainer Joe Dowdell confirms in this article that if you want to lose your “muffin top,” focus on eating well, for example, lean protein, fiber and complex carbohydrates, and changing your exercise routines to include weight training and interval training.

Incorporate these exercises in your workout routine, repeat them at least thrice, for 30 seconds each. Increase the timing and repetition as you get stronger and continue to challenge yourself further.
