Have you found your Dopamine boost yet?

When dopamine levels are low, people may feel demotivated, tired, or experience mood swings. Therefore, ensuring daily activities that naturally stimulate dopamine—such as physical activity, engaging hobbies, healthy eating, or simply achieving small wins—can contribute to long-term emotional and mental health.
