This gluten-free granola is a life saver. It’s my go-to for breakfast and even lunch and sometimes dinner!! You can top your favorite yogurt or ricotta cheese with this granola and it is super satisfying and filling. Goji berries are great antioxidants, and help with immunity and weight loss. Oats help with lowering blood sugar level, and has a healthy dose of antioxidants too.
Ingredients: unsweetened coconut flakes, almonds, dried goji berries, pumpkin seeds, organic old-fashioned rolled oats, raw organic honey, sea salt.
To serve: Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, or in a sealed freezer bag in the freezer for up to 3 months. Let it warm to room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
