A thick creamy plant based milk shake sans bananas!


  • advocado
  • 1/4 cup Hu Kitchen dark chocolate gems
  • 1 scoop cacao
  • 2/3 mejdool dates
  • 1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
  • almond milk,
  • 1 scoop collagen powder


Use the nutr machine to make the nut milk (2 tbsp raw unsalted nuts + filtered water).

In a vitamin, add the avocado, 1/4 cup Hu Kitchen dark chocolate gems,1 scoop cacao, 2/3 mejdool dates, lots of ice cubes, 1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder, almond milk, 1 scoop collagen powder. Optionally you can also add your choice of platnt based protein powder.
